Frequently asked questions
Are archived orders deleted?
No. Archiving only changes the order status to wc-archived. Every record stays in your database and remains visible in WooCommerce reports, CSV exports, and refund workflows.
Does it work with HPOS?
Yes. The plugin uses WooCommerce's native order APIs exclusively and is fully compatible with High Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Can I restore archived orders?
Yes, at any time. Use the Restore bulk action on the orders list or the per-order dropdown. Restored orders return to their previous status.
Will archiving affect my WooCommerce reports?
No. Archived orders continue to appear in WooCommerce Analytics, revenue totals, and customer history. The status change has no effect on reporting.
What is the activation limit for Pro?
One license key activates on one site. Deactivating a site frees up the slot. Purchase additional licenses for more sites.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, handled by our payment processor LemonSqueezy. Outside the withdrawal period, contact support@wirecore.net — we evaluate requests case by case.
